Factory built home? What dat be? Relax everyone. Its the same as a manufactured home. We just like to have fancy terminology in our industry. We're not supposed to call them mobile homes any more, thats for sure. Oh yeah, there's a difference between a manufactured and a modular home. All of them fall under the category of factory built homes though... Confused. Me too...
