Factory Built Homes! Arizona

The snakes and arrows a child is heir to is enough to leave a thousand cuts. We build our defenses a place of safety and leave the darker places unexplores...

Wow, I'm good at this... Sometimes the fortress is too strong or the love is too weak. What should have been our armor becomes a sharp and angry sword... Really good!

OK, I'll stop. That was a little Armour and Sword by Rush that time! Not bad, eh. Well, back to the factory. Here we like to talk about Redman Homes, how great they are, and also how great Black Hawk Homes of Arizona is... Sometimes the spirit is too strong or the flesh is too weak. Sometimes the need is just to great for the solace we seek. This suit of shinin... damn... I can't go fast enough...

Back to the factory. Redman Homes. Upgraded manufactured, or rather factory built homes in Arizona. I can't get used to using the new terminology. Factory Built homes in Arizona. My fingers aren't working any more. link to us right now. Factory built homes by Black Hawk and Redman. God bless...

Factory Built Homes Redman Homes

Oh, I'm losing it. After about 8 blogs, I'm fading slightly... Give the props and plugs to Redman Homes of Arizona here! The 'higher' line in the Champion Family of homes, features the Santa Fe out here in the wild, wild Arizona west! People love those Santa Fe style homes for some reason. It definitely fits in with the Arizona desert! Sand and sticks, sticks and rocks...

Factory Built Homes by Redman Homes is a great thing. I can say that because I'm in the business of manufactured homes. Now, we also like to call them factory built homes. Redman Homes are one of the best around! give us the link! Don't take it off, google! We love you!

Factory Built Homes by Redman Homes!

I just finished a blog talking about Champion... I should probably mention the upgraded line, which is the Redman product. Redman Homes are part of the Champion family of builders. They are produced at the same factory locally (Chandler, AZ). Like I said, basically an upgraded version. They pack more goodies in there standard! Redman Homes are also the line that the Santa Fe or 'Adobe' homes fall under. Out here in the west, folks seem to like the look of those... They aren't necessarily cheap though. Stucco exterior and raised flat ceilings, among other things push the price tag a bit higher for these homes. Still, way better compared to the same home site-built. Redman Homes at Black Hawk Homes. Great relationship! Link

When a factory built home walked into the bar, I knew there would be trouble. See, this is the kind of hombre that shoots first and asks questions later. Its not the sort you want to run into in a dark alley in South Phoenix. Behind a factory built home in a bad neighborhood. No, sir. Don't mess around with the killa! Oh my. Fare thee well amigos. Go Go Go!

Go Mikey, Go! We are proceeding at a very rapid rate, indeed. Lets get this blogging done and over with today so my head will stop pounding. Like a madman pounding on the door of a factory built home in Arizona. We also call them manufactured homes, but we sure do try to change the names as much as possible. Call us whatever you want. We will probably call factory built homes something else in about 5 minutes. I guess we'll worry about it at that time, not now. Certainly my head would feel better if we could just settle on one name to call the homes, but that would be too easy, right? Geez. Factory built homes in Arizona are better than your manufactured home wherever you are...

Don't even know

I don't even know what I'm saying any more but it doesn't matter in the slightest as long as there are factory built homes for people to live in either by the sea or in the sky, but a grass lawn looks better in the Spring because factory built homes fit better side by side on a jelly coated pumpkin patch where swallows and flies join wings and ears in a celebration of animal life like no factory built home could ever proclaim.

Universe out of kilter?

Man, I don't know what is going on in the universe, but there's something wrong. I really can't get my posts to go through on blogger here... What gives. We're just blogging about factory built homes. No porn or other bad things like that, right!? Thank you. Just plain old ordinary factory built homes that are fancy words for a manufactured home. We want everyone to lose the stigma they have and buy our homes freely. We need more factory built homes in the world, so go do it right now. Thank you and God bless.

Suns lost on National TV

Quickly, the Suns were embarassed on national television on Sunday. They decided not to buy a factory built home and went with a site built one instead. No, just kidding. They had a 14-point lead in the fourth quarter and lost the game against Dallas. At one point, Dallas was on a 16-0 run which ran into a 22-3 spurt before the Suns got a hoop or 2... Should've bought that factory built home, I'm telling ya! Well, it was a painful loss. Ruined my day, quite honestly. Doesn't matter, I'm here blogging about factory built homes and just having a wonderful time... la ti da...

You gotta be kidding. My post didn't take. That really makes me mad! Thanks a lot, blogger! OK, I'm still going to set the speed blog record. Factory built homes are better than any other type of homes, period. You can say anything you want but I'll always love myself living in a factory built home in the middle of the desert with no PEOPLE anywhere! That is like a dream right now. I would love to be left in peace in my facory built home with no one bothering me!~

Suns split home/home with Nugs

Freakin' Suns... I had a bad feeling they were going to lose the 2nd game of the home/home, back 2 back. It is hard to win both games like that, especially when Denver is desperate to make the playoffs. It wouldn't be hard at at all if they just lived in a factory built home. Now thats another good one! Imagine NBA players buying a manufactured home! That would be incredible! Take any NBA player- they're all rich! Picture Yao coming into your sales center and saying $%$##$^$# (English translated- 'I would like buy factory built home, please.') Sure! Step right up, Mr. Yao. OOPS! Don't hit your head on the roof, there.... Oh my god, are you bleeding? Shit, so sorry Mr. Yao---- can someone get a towel, please.. oh shit... Hey, move man! You're getting blood stains all over the nice carpet of this quality factory built home!!!!

Suns split 2/2 on Eastern road trip

Pink or not this is a Suns blog at the moment. They did beat N.J. on Saturday. It was not in splendid fashion, but they won. How would you like to win a factory built home? I'm not handing out any free one's, but it sounded good anyway. Suns play back to back games against the Denver Nuggets. Those are very important games. I guess they all have been important. The race is very tight in the west. San Antonio is once again in the driver's seat. Can you believe that? I don't. I believe in factory built homes. I also believe that I am done with this blog right after I throw out one last factory built home. There you go. Until next time, pinkie...

Suns crush 76ers!

Perfect! Great dominating performance by the Suns on Friday night. They crushed the 76ers!

Just for that, lets all run out and buy a factory built home right now! Joy! I am still curious about the results of our great Phoenix home show. I'm betting the turnout was less than stellar. AHA pumped a whopping $95K budget into this event. Will the results be worth it? Not hardly. The way they've been doing the same thing for the past god knows how many years is sad. This year it was obvious we were setting ourselves up for disaster. I'd like a confirmation on that! The factory built home industry is lying flat on its back getting the shit kicked out of it by a big bully called recession. All we can think of is to do the same thing as every year and hope for the best? For shame. It might be a good time to step outside of the box. Here's our idea for next year- instead of having the home show at the old State Fairgrounds, do it at the new Cardinals Stadium. Too bad we pissed away that $95K on this year's flop. That money would've come in handy in order to afford a huge spectacle at UofP stadium! Oh, well. Maybe 2 years from now, then? Come on Factory built home industry. Rise up!

Sun will win tonight!

I think the Suns will win this game against Philly tonight. They have to be pissed after losing a B.S. game to Detroit and then being blown out by the Celtics on Wednesday. Usually they come out and kick some team's ass when they have a run of bad luck, so we'll see how they come out in tonight's game. Factory built homes will not attend the game in Philadelphia.

I won't be there either. I will see part of it on TV. Maybe listen to it in the truck while I drive to the gig. Factory built homes should not be on my mind at this point.

I will play the drums, drink beer, and enjoy the scenery without uttering a single phrase like factory built homes. But it blogs well...

SUNS ROBBED!

If you saw the game I was trying so hard to get home and watch last night, you know the Suns were robbed. Very poor referee-ing (is that a word?)... how about poor officiating? Whatever. The Suns should have won the game, but a series of bad calls down the stretch ended their 7-game win streak. That totally sucked.

OK- there are 10 blogs to blog and only so much time in a day. Here we go: factory built homes are the new wave. Speaking of factory built homes, AHA had their anual spring home show a couple of weeks ago. Anyone know if there was a good turnout? I am very curious to know how many people came out to view the homes. I'm betting not very many... We'll see. I can't wait for the next AHA meeting- I hope they have the figures. Factory built home sales are languishing along with all others at the moment. No amount of 'economic stimulus' is going to right whats wrong. Its going to take a while. Dig in, people...

Too femme

I wonder if I can change the pink. Its bothering me even more than my GAP blog. Doesn't matter. No more blogging anyway- I have got to get my ass home to watch the Suns pummel the Pistons! The game has already started!!!!!!-----AAAAHHH!

Quickly, then... Factory built homes Arizona
manufactured and modular homes
Factory built homes rule!

I love factory built homes! bye-bye. GO SUNS!

Pinkie

Whoa... I have been using a different template for each blog thusfar, and this one is really pink! I didn't realize just how pink until viewing the full site- dang. This one has a good name. Factory Built Homes. I like that one. Definitely sounds good, doesn't it? The other one folks in our industry started using is Factory Constructed Homes. I think we'll do one with that exact name as well. Here in Arizona, the powers that be changed the name of our local MHI from MHIA (Manufactured Home Institute of Arizona) to AHA (Arizona Housing Association). The apparent goal of changing the name is to erase the manufactured home part from people's physhe. Housing is Housing whether built on site or in a factory. Truth is, EVERYBODY knows the difference, and most will continue to believe the factory built homes are inferior to site built. Hard to get around... Our industry is just going to have to come up with something site built homes have not done yet. We need a product that home buyers will view as so unique and desirable that they will not be phased by the fact it is factory built or not. Thats the fact.

Homes are built better in a factory!

At least thats what I'm sayin'! Being as though Black Hawk Homes is a leading retailer of factory built homes in Arizona, it only makes sense for me to proclaim that this is the best way to go! Its good for our business, man. Many folks out there will disagree. Some may even scoff at us. But I'm telling you right now, a home that is factory built is better! Well, lets say it has the potential to be better, how's that?! The thing that people have to remember is that manufactured homes are supposed to be 'affordable housing'. Since thats our m.o., we go with it. The homes nowadays wind up looking a certain way- like a manufactured home, basically. They are built to be cheap. Now, when I'm talking about factory built homes as being better than site built, I mean that the process is more efficient and its done in a controlled environment. Because of this, we can produce homes that limit wasted materials, eliminate vandalism, control quality, and control the weather! In the case where homes are being built in a way that is not necessarily the cheapest path ( a modular home, for example), then you really see how a home built in a factory can be better than a site-built AND offered at a lower price!
